At The Prisoner Wine Company, we strive to ensure every bottle arrives in pristine condition; however, due to legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, we can only offer returns or replacements for products that are damaged or flawed during transit.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please carefully examine your shipment for any signs of leakage, breakage, or compromised seals before signing for the package.
Contact Customer Care
If you receive a damaged or corked bottle, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
Verification Process
Our specialists will review your claim and, if approved, will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the unused portion of the wine for lab analysis.
Resolution
Once the return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost to you.
